What are we trying to achieve?

Our Vision.

We want to make it easy for people working towards sustainability to maximise their impact via mentorship.

Our vision is to make sustainability mentorship normal. Whether this is in the workplace or at home. 

We want to be a global resource for anyone working towards sustainability to be a mentor a mentee (or both).

We want to make the mentorship process as easy as possible in order to facilitate high quality mentorship sessions to maximise the impact of both parties and expedite sustainability.

Our Aim.

The aim of Sustainability Mentors is to help expedite sustainability. We are doing this by creating a space for more experienced to pass their learning onto less experienced, sustainability professionals. This is in order to increase the impact of both parties. 

By "Sustainability Professionals" we are talking about anyone who works in an organization or in the community who is working towards sustainability.

Match up mentors and mentees in a safe environment with the right tools and guidance to deliver great mentorship peer to peer. 

Help those working towards sustainability to maximise their impact and potential.

Build a community all working towards a common objective. 

How do we do this?

We provide a peer to peer mentorship programme. We host this programme online. Mentorship takes place online. Mentorship is global, intra and inter sectoral.  You can mentor/ mentee someone.... 

Within or outside of your organisation.

Within or outside of your sector.

Within or outside of your country.

We will also set up regional chapters so you can also meet face to face with other mentors and mentees.

We will work with CEOS and other leaders to make sustainability mentorship normal.

How will we help you?

We provide online guidance and training to help encourage effective mentorship sessions. We provide a secure safe online environment for sessions to take place. This includes a online calling, mentor marketplace, calendar management tools, a structured mentorship programme, a meeting management and note taking folder to record meetings and track progress.
