Free furniture and equipment for charities and schools in Ireland

The Warp It reuse system is a network where charities and schools can access free assets like stationery,  chairs, desks, cabinets, and sports equipment. There's no charge to join and the surplus assets are all free!

How does it work?

As a charity, using Warp It, you can link up with organisations like universities, NHS Trusts, local councils, and other charities to get and give surplus assets.

We've now got large organisations donating items all across items all over Ireland!

What sort of stuff is available?

The bulk of the items on the site include:

  • Furniture
  • Stationery
  • Office equipment
  • Office supplies
  • Clinical supplies
  • Sports equipment

Here’s what you need to do

  1. Register here for Northern Ireland charities and schools.
  2. Register here for Southern Ireland charities and schools.
  3. Wait to be approved. We need to carry out due diligence for security reasons.
  4. Once approved you can log in and start to search for items. (Guide here).
  5. All we require is when you claim an item you are liable to pick up any items you claim.
  6. You can also add items you want to your wish list (guide here) and you'll be notified when they become available.
  7. If your charity has items that other charities or schools could use make sure you add them! (Guide here).

If you work at a council and send newsletters out to schools or charities feel free to use this page to publicise this resource.

If you've any questions about this service, please email  ben@warp-it.co.uk.
