Every so often Warp It customers want to send items straight to charities, and other third parties.

Here's a guide to show you how to do this.

Within the admin settings panel, you'll find ‘Control Partners’.

This section will enable admins to allow items to be immediately assigned to third parties.

Log in as admin> settings> control partners.

Once set to 'enabled', an extra column will appear on the ‘active items’ list.

And the new options will appear for those who are listing items.

Marketplace

If you have no items listed as accessible to third parties, no items will be displayed in the ‘search for all items’ section on Warp It.

When items are turned on for third parties they'll be displayed in the search results with their ‘available from’ date changed to 'available now'.

In the marketplace images above, the first image shows third party sharing is turned off.

In the second image, it's turned on, which is why ‘Toilet paper 3rd test’ can now be seen.

When switched on for third parties, the text changes to ‘available now’. The claim button and 'transfer to different company' agreement checkbox will appear inside the item listing.

The item can then be claimed by 3rd party users.

The claim will then be processed normally.
