We want to maximise the reuse of surplus assets.

Part of this is to re-distribute assets to the 3rd sector for reuse in the community.

Another part of this is donating assets to countries abroad who might need those items.

We are starting to explore how we can support charities who are already donating equipment to overseas countries.

Equipment donations to overseas countries in need may be a very effective form of aid, provided that the items supplied follow international guidelines and are practical for the receiving party.

A vast number of difficulties may arise during the process and this zoom meeting is designed to explore those issues but also to demonstrates what can be achieved by a "where there's a will there's a way" attitude!.

We will start this exploration by hosting a zoom meeting to discuss the issues in the hope of creating a solid process for our customers to donate furniture equipment and supplies to overseas countries who are in need.

Every so often Warp It customers want to send items straight to charities, and other third parties.

Within the admin settings panel, you'll find ‘Control Partners’.

This section will enable admins to allow items to be immediately assigned to third parties.

Many Warp It members redistribute items to third parties, and communicating the practicalities is important to ensure a smooth and problem-free experience.
