The usual distribution curve we see on Warp It is that early adopters and the early majority jump on quite quickly and work it out for themselves because we provide video learning and support.
Some of the late comers are put off by learning a new system.
A lot of people are put off the idea of taking part because they don’t understand how to use new web services and Warp It is no different.
For these people we recommend doing one-to-one training, which is a quick and worthwhile activity.

Change is inevitable and deadlines need to be adjusted from time to time.
When an item is added to Warp It a deadline can be set. This is the last point the owner can have the item in their possession.
However as items are added to the ruse system circumstances can change and deadlines impacted. To increase the chance a match will made within time frames, and ensure the item finds a new home, you can cancel notifications and alter deadlines.
Here's a guide on how to use this feature.
While the default deadline of three weeks is usually enough, you can change it.
See below.

As items are rehomed, its status changes from active to claimed.
When the item is collected or delivered to the new location, the new claimant can set the status as collected.
This keeps everything tidy and ship shape.
It also gives the new owner a chance to cancel or reject the claim if that's required.
Here's a guide on how to use this feature.
The new owner will get five reminders to update the status to collected. These reminders are grouped into the daily round up so they're sometimes missed.
Furthermore, the status may not does not get updated because people are busy. See below.
